Diane & Jen Together
It has been over six years since we began
working together, honing similar values and philosophies.
When we formed our official partnership here at Royal LePage
Performance in 2008, we affirmed our commitment to honouring
those values: an absolute commitment to our clients, entering
negotiations with a win-win approach, making the purchase
and sale processes low-stress and no pressure, maintaining
competence and excellence in our marketplace, respecting our
fellow Realtors and maintaining a balanced work/family lifestyle,
which has resulted in nearly 80% of our buyers and sellers
being referral and repeat clients. Above all, we share a real
passion for real estate and people.
In 2008 and 2009 we were the proud recipients
of Royal LePage’s national sales Diamond Award, top
3%.

Homes
Between the Bridges is the first annual Old Ottawa South Home
Tour, held May 31, 2009, which will feature six unique homes
in the neighbourhood for ticket holders to visit. The proceeds
from the Homes Between the Bridges event will go towards the
Old Ottawa South Firehall Community Centre redevelopment fund.
The
City of Ottawa Archives held a daily exhibit to celebrate
Ottawa's rich history of contribution to Canada's favourite
pastime. Our wonderful city has helped shape and mould the
sport of hockey over the last 125 years and we were proud
sponsors of the event which provided information to visitors
of the City of Ottawa Art Gallery, through artifacts, images
and trivia.
The
Royal LePage Shelter Foundation has raised more than $9 million
to help over 30,000 battered women and children, each year.
This Foundation is the largest public foundation in Canada
which is devoted to the sole purpose of halting the abuse
against women and children.  We are pleased to do our
part to help foster safe homes & communities and assist
in the elimination of abuse by donating a portion of our commission
from each sale..
The
Hintonburg Community Association hosts many events throughout
the year. We are proud sponsors of many of these events, including
the Hintonburg Community Association's 2009 ArtsPark, Centennial
5K Run/Walk, Movie Nights and the Kringle event.
The Tean Oaks Bowl-A-Thon was held on Saturday
March 6, 2010 in order to raise money to allow children to
attend summer camp. We were proud to sponor such a great event.
