As a top producer, experience has honed strong negotiation skills and strategic thinking. My approach is confident and assertive when it needs to be, warm, personable and professional always. I appreciate the differences between clients and adapt accordingly to ensure that you achieve your desired outcome and the gratification of a positive, fun experience. I am absolutely passionate about the profession of real estate and have sat on committees as a volunteer for the Ottawa Real Estate Board since 2008, including the Professional Standards and MLS committees.

Prior to becoming a real estate Sales Representative and then Broker, I enjoyed a lengthy career in high technology Marketing & Communications, always focused on the customer.

Having bought, sold and lived in various neighbourhoods since arriving in Ottawa in 1987, I have owned new and old homes myself – and survived both construction and many a renovation! Originally from New York, I am proud to call Ottawa home and happily reside in Old Ottawa South with my husband, two children and two dogs.
